Citygate developed a Fire Services Master Plan for the Central Marin Fire Authority. After robust evaluation, Citygate formulated recommendations for appropriate staffing and deployment of firefighting, emergency medical service, and specialized resources consistent with state and national best practices and generally conforming with the recommendations of the Center for Public Safety Excellence (CPSE). The Master Plan includes analysis and recommendations related to the location of fire stations to minimize emergency incident response time, incorporating relevant data analysis and benchmarking to national standards as well as Department-established performance goals.
