Chino Valley Independent Fire District, CA

Citygate is currently developing a Strategic Plan for the Chino Valley Independent Fire District. The Strategic Plan will guide District efforts over the next five years following completion of Citygate’s Standards of Cover Assessment and Master Plan Update concurrently underway. Citygate will facilitate development of a Strategic Plan that not only addresses today’s issues, but also envisions an achievable near-term future for the District.

Citygate is currently updating the Chino Valley Independent Fire District’s 2018 Standards of Cover Assessment and Master Plan. For this update, Citygate will understand the impacts of continued service area growth and development to assist with near-term and longer-term planning and management District its programs and services. In addition to updated Standards of Cover assessment and analysis of community risks, Citygate will review and update the District’s administrative support functions to include staffing, organizational configuration, lines of authority, technical adequacy, regulatory compliance, performance metrics, workload capacity, and actual or potential single points of failure, if any.

Citygate conducted a Standards of Coverage assessment and Master Plan update for the Chino Valley Independent Fire District in San Bernardino County, California. This project included a comprehensive community risk assessment, Standards of Coverage analysis, fiscal and staffing analysis, and future needs assessment.
