City of Big Bear Lake, CA

Citygate is currently performing a review of fire services as provided to the City of Big Bear Lake, CA, via the Big Bear Fire Authority agreement. Citygate will fully assess the legacy services provided, resultant costs, and cost-sharing formulas. To develop a current understanding of the City’s service needs, Citygate will conduct a high-level review of the current risks to be protected, incident workload demand, response capacity, and response times—as well as all forms of revenues received and the adequacy of the current cost allocation agreement over time. Where significant gaps in services or cost sharing are identified, Citygate will recommend revised policies for the City’s consideration.
