Citygate is currently developing a Strategic Plan for the City of Burbank Fire Department, along with conducting an assessment of ambulance workload. The Strategic Plan will guide Department efforts over the next five years as a critical element of its reaccreditation process. Citygate will develop a Strategic Plan that not only addresses current issues, but also guides phased improvements for an achievable, near-term future for the Department.
