The Strategic Plan set a course of action for the next five years by outlining actions to effectively achieve objectives and establishing a framework for reporting progress City leaders and the community. Through the strategic planning process—including assessment and updating of orienting fundamental statements; robust stakeholder engagement; and analysis of opportunities, critical issues, and service gaps—Citygate served to maximize clarity, efficiency, and transparency for the City in pursuing Strategic Plan and community goals.
