Citygate provided EMS Ambulance Contract Consulting Services, including analysis and coaching assistance for the City of Garden Grove as it navigated issues related to operating and rebidding the City’s ambulance provider contract. Leveraging current OCFA EMS study data and operational knowledge, Citygate reviewed the current ambulance provider contract, obtained data related to payor mix and receivables, and reported to the City regarding the question of mutual aid, as well as how to improve contract oversight and economics in the near term.
