Scope of work: A comprehensive analysis of the staffing and resources of the La Mesa Police Department. Citygate obtained a deep understanding of the Department’s staffing needs to assist the City in maintaining a safe community and providing a high level of customer service to its citizens. Citygate conducted data-driven field services deployment assessments, incorporating relevant, measurable Department and City data while providing additional insight which the City can utilize to guide future growth and development, operating and capital budgets, and other financial and operating commitments. Citygate’s comprehensive work will ensure efficient and effective staffing structure and resource utilization, providing the foundation for future Department planning relative to the provision of public safety infrastructure and services.
