Citygate conducted an evaluation of services and deployment for the Rosemount Fire Department based on the Department's adopted metrics, nationally recognized guidelines and criteria, and industry best practices—including an analysis of automatic aid services as established to identify the benefits of partner responses to the Department. Citygate reviewed the Department’s annual budgets and projected capital outlays compared with expected service demands to assist the Department in long-term financial forecasting. After the initial Standards of Cover, deployment, and fiscal analysis, Citygate provided a comprehensive performance review to identify service capacity levels and constraints related to Department staffing.
