Citygate assisted the City of Santa Monica Fire Department with the development and completion of a Strategic Plan. Citygate’s project team developed goals, priorities, and objectives for consideration by the Department and generated a strategic implementation plan including timelines, critical tasks, and established areas of responsibility for the Department.

Citygate completed a comprehensive community risk assessment and Standards of Coverage analysis for the City of Santa Monica Fire Department to ensure quality improvement and the highest level of service through accreditation, credentialing, and education.

Citygate completed a far-reaching patrol division workload and alternative scheduling plan review for the Santa Monica Police Department. Citygate’s Project Team conducted a thorough analysis of the Department’s performance, work schedule performance impacts, and the literature regarding compressed work schedules.
