Citygate developed a comprehensive Master Plan to enable the City of Yuma Fire Department to accomplish organizational and programmatic goals while complying with the City’s Strategic Plan 2022–2027. Citygate’s organizational strategy for the Department outlined 10-year goals while also detailing specific, three-year implementation steps. Citygate comprehensively assessed all facets of current Department operations including mission, goals, policies, practices, deployment, facilities, equipment, programming, organizational structure, and staffing levels. Citygate also provided peer review of the Department’s previous Standards of Cover and Strategic Plan.
