San Bernardino County Fire Protection District, CA

Citygate is currently conducting a Community Risk Assessment and Standards of Cover Study for the San Bernardino County Fire Protection District, in accordance with the latest National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards, Insurance Services Office (ISO) guidelines, and Fire Accreditation International (CFAI-CPSE) 9th Edition best practices. Citygate’s assessment will leverage key stakeholders and partnerships including County elected officials and staff, labor unions representing District employees, County law enforcement officials, and other County fire agencies. After exhaustive analyses, Citygate’s multi-volume, comprehensive CRA-SOC findings and recommendations will provide the District with an ideal foundation upon which to refine and optimize service delivery and efficiency. Citygate will illuminate both service delivery excellence and any shortcomings, as well as recommendations for any adjustments and refinements with accordant benchmarks to maximize the current and future effectiveness of the District’s levels and types of resources, deployment of resources, and the resulting operational efficiencies associated with the delivery of emergency responses and other services related to the protection of lives and property in the District’s jurisdiction.
